What's on April?
Now April arrives with a new invitation: EMERGENCE
This month, we’re hosting a gathering to allowing what has been quietly forming inside you to take shape in the world.
Fundamental Rhythms of Women's Body

Saturday, 11th April 2026
16.00-18.00 WITA
For years, symptoms such as fatigue, mood swings, cravings, or energy fluctuations can feel confusing or disconnected. Yet when we begin to understand the language of the body—especially through the lens of the menstrual cycle—clarity begins to emerge.
In this talk, Miriam will guide participants through the foundations of the menstrual cycle and how its different phases naturally influence energy levels, mood, focus, and appetite throughout the month. Rather than seeing these changes as problems to fix, the menstrual cycle can be understood as a powerful biological rhythm that offers guidance for how we nourish and support ourselves.
Participants will learn:
How the menstrual cycle influences the body across the different phases of the month
How nutrition can support hormonal balance and energy throughout the cycle
Simple and practical food strategies that help women feel more stable, nourished, and energized in everyday life
This session is designed to bring awareness, understanding, and empowerment—helping women recognize the wisdom already present in their bodies.
The talk will be followed by an open Q&A session, creating space for participants to ask questions, share experiences, and explore the topic more deeply in a supportive environment.
In the spirit of Emergence, this conversation is an invitation for women to step out of confusion and into a clearer relationship with their bodies—one rooted in knowledge, nourishment, and self-trust.
Miriam
Miriam is a Women’s Health Nutrition Coach and the founder of [Y]OUR HEALTH HOUSE. She helps women understand the connection between nutrition, hormones, and the menstrual cycle, offering practical strategies to support hormonal balance and everyday wellbeing. Her approach moves beyond diet culture and instead focuses on nourishment, curiosity, and joy around food.
Her work is inspired by her own health journey. After years of struggling with exhaustion, digestive issues, and mood swings that were often dismissed as “just stress,” she began exploring how nutrition affects the body. This led her to train as a nutrition coach in 2020 and specialize in women’s health, hormones, and the menstrual cycle. Today, she supports women in reconnecting with their bodies and feeling more balanced, energized, and aligned with their natural rhythms.

FAQs
What is this event?
It’s a monthly Bali event gathering focused on wellness and community connection. We created this space so we can have a regular place to slow down and reconnect because most of us don’t get many chances to pause, reflect, and spend time with others in a meaningful way.
These events are simple and practical. We come together to move a little, learn something relevant, and share space with people who value awareness, balance, and thoughtful living. You don’t need prior experience or a specific goal — just curiosity and a willingness to be present.
This isn’t therapy or a spiritual group. It’s a supportive, grounded environment where connection feels natural and easy, and where taking time for yourself is normal, not indulgent — because life feels more sustainable when we navigate it together.
