What is hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a process of making actual and lasting shifts and changes within oneself by being in a receptive state of mind.
During this process, the therapist will guide the client to focus on accessing their own inner resources - the subconscious mind -
to help find and resolve their current issue. There may be an inner-work that will include during this process such as inner child-work, abreaction therapy, gestalt therapy, forgiveness therapy, and balancing therapy.

Hypnotherapy can be done both offline and online effectively.

How many sessions will I need?

It greatly depends on the topic and the client.
Most clients feel a significant difference in their first session. 
However, several factors, such as the topic and the client's state, desire, and commitment influence the degree of success of a fully resolved issue. 
Your success is my success. I always attempt to do as few as possible,
but at a safe pace for the client.

How long is the hypnotherapy session?

It usually lasts 2-3 hours every session and includes:
Pre-talk, Hypnosis Session, Post-Talk 

Can I be hypnotized?

Hypnosis itself is adding or removing any ideas in our subconscious minds.
And we have been hypnotized the entire of our life whether we are conscious or not.
Our beliefs and values are examples of the product of hypnosis.
So, the answer to that question is, YES, as long as you're open and willing to do it.

Will I be conscious?

YES
You are conscious and awake yet very relaxed during the hypnosis session.

Therefore, you will not say anything that you don't want to say.

How does it feels to be hypnotized?

During the session, you will go to a state of relaxation, just like when you are daydreaming or rest.
You will be conscious and awake but very relaxed.
Every client experiencing differently, some feel their body heavy but relax,
some feel very light as if they're not in their body. 
You will go through a strong emotion in your body and mind.
This emotion will lead you to a memory associated with the client's current issue.

Why hypnotherapy?

Values and beliefs are rooted in our subconscious minds.
And these influence our habits, behavior, thoughts, perspective, and decisions.
As well as how we perceive things and solve problems.
So, if you have "stubborn" problems or challenging issues that have been around for a long time and you struggle to work on them, it might be best to work on the subconscious mind.

Hypnotherapy is one of the effective tools to access and reprogram the subconscious mind.
Also to keep in mind, every hypnotherapist has their own way of doing their work.
